I do not know the number plate of my vehicle?

If you have a rental car, if you do not know the number plate of your vehicle, you can enter "rental" in the fields of the model.

How is my arrival at the covered car parks - Use of the booking code?

If you have a roof box, you will be directed to the plateau car park, height: 2.30 meters, otherwise, you will be directed to La Falaise or Proclou car parks, height 1.90 meters.
These three car parks are located in the reception area at the entrance to the station.
The digicode that you will receive by email will give you access to the 3 covered car parks. You will enter your 8-digit digicode on the car park entrance terminal (do not take a ticket before entering your code)
The terminal will issue you a ticket that will allow you to enter and exit the car park during your stay.
This ticket is valid until midnight on the last day of your stay.

What if I need to change my booking ?

Contact us by phone or email.

What is my booking period?

The weekly package begins on the first day at midnight and ends on the sixth or seventh day at midnight.

When can I book?

The booking must be made at least three days before your arrival date.
Example: Today is April 7, 2023, reservation possible to arrive from April 10, 2023.

Holiday vouchers ?

We do not accept holiday vouchers.

Stay during school vacation periods?

It is strongly advised to make a reservation two months before the school holiday periods due to high attendance.

I don't receive my emails

Check in your profile that your email address is correct.

Check your rejected emails folder (Spam) - To solve this problem, it is often enough to add our email address in your contacts.

Also check the configuration of your mailbox with your supplier, for example:
If you have an @orange.fr mailbox, you must:
  - Connect to your orange space with your identifiers,
  - Add the email address "avoriazparkings@orange.fr" in your contacts,
  - Add the email address "avoriazparkings@orange.fr" to the green list.
  - Also check that the emails we have sent you are not in the spam folder.
If you do not have an @orange.fr mailbox, check that the same settings are available from your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

How can I modify my information (address, email, telephone, password)?

Once logged in, access your profile and you can make the necessary changes.

A la création de mon compte, on me demande un identifiant de connexion ?

L’identifiant de connexion qui vous est demandé à la création de votre compte est un mot clé qui vous permettra de vous reconnecter facilement lors de votre prochaine visite et vous évitera d’avoir à ressaisir vos coordonnées (adresse, téléphone, adresse mail). Seul cet identifiant et votre mot de passe seront nécessaires. Vous devez donc le choisir judicieusement afin de vous en souvenir facilement.
